Use of PUSD Facilities
The Board of Trustees of the Pleasanton Unified School District recognizes that school facilities are primarily intended for the education of the children of the District. However, school facilities may be used by residents of the community for the purposes set forth in the California Education Code, provided that such use does not interfere with or restrict the educational program of the District.

Rules and Application
Facility Fees and Utility Charges
Rental, utility, and custodial fees may be charged. All payments for rental charges are payable to Pleasanton Unified School District and checks shall be sent to the District Business Office, Pleasanton Unified School District, 4750 First Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
Organizations from outside of the District will be asked to provide proof of liability insurance. A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Pleasanton Unified School District as Certificate Holder and as an Additional Insured on an Endorsement Statement requires the following insurance coverage:
- $1,000,000 General Liability,
- $2,000,000 General Aggregate
The insurance carrier must be admitted in the State of California and have an A.M. Best rating of A-VII or higher.
